Tabata squats. 20 seconds on. 10 seconds rest.

Hold the bottom of a squat in the 10 second rest.

10 KB strict press (right and left)

Advanced
Jog or Walk for 20 min.
Rest as needed.
EMOM 10min: 5 KB (35#) Clean, Squat, Press.
Intermediate
Jog or Walk for 15 min.
Rest as needed.
EMOM 10min: 5 KB ( 26#) Clean, Squat, Press.
Beginner
Jog or Walk for 15 min.
Rest as needed.
EMOM 10min: 3 KB (16#) Clean, Squat, Press.
