I literally just walked in the door from my past four days at The Sacred Pregnancy Retreat in Ojai, CA. I unloaded my car, showered quickly, and now sitting down with my computer in my lap. I want to tell you all everything that happened. However, that will have to wait until I can decompress a bit, let some stuff set in, and have sufficient time to write. Until then, here’s a glimpse into the weekend.

Workout: Core Day

Warm Up
Jog 400m
10m lunge with twist.
10m lunge with elbow tap.
10m duck walk.
10m skips.
10m toy soldier.

 

Advanced

4 X 30 second plank
3 Rounds: 3 rope pulls, 6 push ups, 9 KB (44#) front squat

 

Intermediate
4 X 30 second plank
3 Rounds: 3 rope pulls, 6 push ups, 9 KB (35#) front squat
Beginner
4 X 30 second plank
3 Rounds: 3 rope pulls, 6 push ups, 9 KB (26# or lower) front squat

 

*Modifications/Notes
Rope pulls are laying straight/flat on the ground then using tightening of core and arms to pull you to standing.
Push ups can be on plates, incline, or whatever is comfortable.
KB front squat should alternate sides.
