As many of you know, this past Saturday was the Femme Royale Women’s Only Competition. I’m still in amazement of all the women. We were a group of 12 beautifully strong women representing Functional Fitness on the Bluffs and CrossFit Los Angeles. Each woman, amateur or veteran, overcame her personal obstacles to rise up and compete Saturday. Each woman gave her whole heart and left it all on the floor. It was an awesome Saturday full of blood and sweat, personal bests, and loads of memories. Well done ladies! XO!
