This weekend I will be in Salt Lake City, Utah. I will be assessing, treating, and working with Hack’s Pack- Winners of the 2012 CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup. This extremely talented group of individuals trains at Ute CrossFit. Tommy and his wife Bobby Jo Hackenbrook own the gym. Ute CrossFit is an exceptional place of fitness and lifestyle coaching in the Salt Lake area. Every individual on the team works hard and trains hard. They are dedicated to another successful year!

Advanced (35#), Intermediate (26#), Beginner (18#)

5 Rounds with 1:1 Rest between

200m Run

21 Kettle bell swings

12 Toes to bar (Scale: Knees to elbow, inverted burpees, med ball slams)

*If you need to rest 1:2, that is totally fine. And, remember to check in with yourself before starting the workout and realize that things are constantly moving/adjusting in your body.
