May is Pregnancy Awareness Month.
P.A.M is founded by Anna Getty and Alisa Donner. Their aim is to build a community of support for expectant families. P.A.M started in 2008, and every year they have a big kickoff event the first weekend in May in Los Angeles. The event is full of give-aways, expert panels, and lots of vendors. 300 Singles or 150 Double Unders
10 Good Mornings with DB behind neck (same place as barbell)
20 Air Squats (or Lunges)
30 Seconds Plank
*Advanced: 35# DB, Intermediate: 20# DB, Beginner: 10# DB.
*Jump rope can be substituted for a 400m Run or 250m Row or even a Farmer’s Carry Walk for 100m.
*This workout is about body awareness and control. Think about your form during the good mornings, air squats, and of course the plank.
