50 Feet Overhead Plate Carry (25#)

25 Air Squats

10 Alternating arms kettle bell swings.

MODIFICATIONS

  • OH Carry can be anything that you can walk with for 50 feet.
  • Kettle Bell swings should be a weight you can do 10 reps of in a row.
