Strong is strong.

Strong is a decision.

It is you and your baby that are guaranteed seats at the birth. Your mental game is just as important as your physical shape. If you can endure an Ironman, but fear the discomfort and the unknown of birth, then you are in for some challenges. Just as you would visualize yourself winning gold, hitting that lift, winning that race, or nailing that proposal at work, you need to prepare for labor and delivery in the same manner. Make the decision to be strong.

Strong is whatever you want it to be.

Strong is the woman who decided to carry a baby.

Strong is the mom who sought out information.

Strong is the mom that continued to exercise during pregnancy.

Strong is the mom who embraces her changing body during her pregnancy.

Strong is the mom who developed a relationship with her food.

Strong is the mom who trusted the capabilities of her body.

Strong is the woman who is taking that plunge at motherhood.

Believe it. See it. Do it. Own it.
