Dr. Stu’s Podcast

This may be the nerd in me talking, but I love listening to Podcasts. A few of my favorites are Robb Wolf’s, Chris Kresser’s, and now Dr. Stu’s Podcast. Whenever I have a drive to make, I will put my headphones on and push play on my iphone, and then I just cruise and gain A LOT of knowledge.

As many of you know Chris Kresser and Robb Wolf both cover nutrition and some training. Robb Wolf can be sarcastic and hilarious all while answering complex nutrition questions, while Chris Kresser will drop some huge knowledge bombs. They both get me fired up.

Dr. Stu’s Podcast is special because it is the most informative podcast I’ve found in regards to childbirth in our country. Dr. Stu is a practicing obstetrician in Southern California for well over 20 years. He trained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center years ago, but chooses now to work with midwives at homebirths. Dr. Stu is a huge voice for women’s rights in regards to pregnancy and childbirth. I met him a little over two years ago, and the guy never ceases to amaze me. You will learn so much about medical practices, how insurance companies work, what make hospitals not so warm, and how capable women are at giving birth to their own babies.
